Local cell phones are available on short-term rental if needed (our favorite taxi-driver can pre-arrange one for you on request)

On arrival, you will find a Welcome book introducing you to the Villa and to the island

Villa Helios sleeps eight. This is the maximum number of guests allowed.
Twice-a-week cleaning and linen change.
Utilities are all included in the cost. (Winter guests are responsible for cost of electricity)
Totally walled for privacy, Villa Helios consists of three typical island style buildings, two surrounding a swimming pool. All in a multi-level terraced Mediterranean garden with orange, olive, and fig trees, grape vines and a multitude of flowering plants.
One building houses:
- living room
- dining room
- kitchen
- studio/loft
- breakfast terrace
The second building contains:
Four Bedrooms ( 2 with double beds, and 2 with twin beds)
The complex also contains 3 bathrooms (one with an outdoor shower)
There is an ample shaded terrace which serves largely as the summer dining and living room. The terrace offers some of the best views on the island overlooking the village, the busy port the Saronic gulf and in the distance, the mainland.
On arrival, you and your party will be met at the port and donkeys will be there to carry up your luggage, and everyone else, if you like! Donkeys provide the only taxis on the island.
The steps and terracing are unfriendly for toddlers or for people with arthritis or other mobility limitations
